What we do
MaxRS Group invests its equity alongside other international investors and family offices. It has approximately £200M million of its own equity currently invested. The team has developed an innovative way of structuring investments to minimise the group’s equity exposure while maximising its potential upside – true asymmetrical returns.
MaxRS Group is sector agnostic although we have a strong focus on technology driven businesses including fintech, AI, and the energy and infrastructure markets. We are investing as well in environmental and renewables projects and other related impact investing sector.
We aim to develop MaxRS Group further into a significantly larger investment business that generates out-sized returns for its shareholders and investors.
